For three decades, Joshua Project has served as a trusted compass for the global Church, providing essential data and insights that guide the strategic sending of missionaries to unreached people groups around the world. Our resources are accessed by mission agencies, churches, and believers in every corner of the globe who share our passion to see every people group have access to the gospel.
We're at an unprecedented moment in our history.
Until recently, Joshua Project operated with just five dedicated staff members. Today, we've grown to a team of 30, and we're expanding to serve the Church like never before.
In the midst of this exciting expansion, we're seeking a Director of Technology to pioneer and lead our technology efforts. You'll be the first full-time tech person on our team. This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity: you would get to craft the culture, build the team, and establish the processes that will shape Joshua Project's technological future for years to come.
The tools and platforms you develop will equip thousands of churches, mobilize countless missionaries, and ultimately help bring the hope of Christ to people groups who have little or no access or response to the gospel.
We recognize that God calls people from diverse circumstances. Nearly all Joshua Project staff either raise financial support or volunteer their time toward our shared vision. For this critical role, we're open to creative arrangements:
- Full organizational salary - for those who need their complete compensation from Joshua Project
- Full support raising - for those called to build a personal support team
- Hybrid model - a combination of organizational salary and personal support raising
What matters most is finding the right person with the right heart for this mission-critical role.
